What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to states within USA.

How long does shipping take? 

Your order will be processed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 days. Once your order leaves our Cincinnati warehouse, allow 7 to 10 days for shipping and deliveries outside of Ohio. 

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Can I return my items?

Returns are accepted for new, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund on merchandise; shipping and handling charges are excluded. If merchandise is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us directly within 10 business days of order delivery for the replacement of damaged goods.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. Excludes International Orders and items marked Final Sale.

To initiate your return or exchange please contact us and indicate whether you would prefer to return your products for a refund, or exchange for a like item. Be ready to provide your Coastal Ridge Store order number and/or the full name of the original purchaser.
